The Challenge
Joe Bird's goal was to position the restaurant as a top choice for lakeside dining at the Harbourfront as well as spotlight The Fix, their in-house ice cream parlour. Our strategy was to effectively manage their social media presence, create content that showcased the mouthwatering dishes and delicious ice cream options, and partner with influential food and lifestyle creators to increase awareness around Joe Bird and make The Fix a bucket list ice cream destination, all while capitalizing on the stunning lakefront location.
